      I have been a regular for several years. The only problem is apparently an upper level management one. They do not realize the VALUE of their employees. Recently they fired the GM for allegedly not maintaining the place to their standards.this was so far from reality. This guy busted his butt and was well liked by both the customers and the staff.You should really look back and judge people by their performance and not politics.Whats next,are you going to fire people because they have an opinion and share when asked? Feel free to respond.

      I wished if Panera Bread could list their store hours on their web site and offer an option on their voice recording for store hours as well (they have option numbers for everything else).
