Geno repaired our dishwasher today. He was on time, did an excellent troubleshooting of our problem and fixed the leak with no parts. All we had to pay was the service call of $70 which was the lowest we had been quoted by several other repair companies. We highly recommend Geno! Thank you!

This guy is a total hack. He claims to have 30 years experience with electronics. What he did was destroy our washing machine. It was working, just not completing a cycle, and he shorted it out so it no longer works at all- no lights, no nothing. He then said he didn't know what was wrong with it and left. He had been paid $174.00 previously so he didn't care. When he left it was stone dead. The part he said would fix the machine was a simple lid lock, which he said cost $104.00. Look it up on line. It doesn't. We trusted this fool. He ruined our $450 washing machine and refuses to make good on it. You can believe the reviews he had his friends and relatives write and take your chances with this dishonest idiot, or call someone else who actually knows what they're doing. Good luck.

Geno is great. His work is top notch and his prices are extremely fair. Has worked on two different appliances for us and they where fixed very quickly

I believe an angel must have lead us to Geno & Andrea because "repair" was not what we were looking for... we were looking for a new washing machine having searched all avenues. But when I called Andrea at Geno's Appliance Repair, she was so personable and told us that they did sell used appliances and would have Geno call. He called, spent a great deal of time with my husband giving him information on what to look for in a used appliance, i.e. washing machine and helped with suggestions, not once saying anything about buying from him. We actually told him that Andrea said he had just taken in 2 washing machines and he said he would be glad to look them over and see if either of them was a good used machine for us. He called us the next day to say that the first one he checked would not be recommended but that he would check the second one and call the next day, which he did and confirmed that it was a good machine (one of the best lines made) and made us an incredible offer. He normally does not pick up old machines and deliver, but he even did that for us as a courtesy. One thing for certain they both understand and will tell you is true about them ... it is making and nurturing relationships; being honest, being professional and being there for you with any problems you may have without overcharging you or taking advantage is key to their business.

What a refreshing experience. From one (me) who has been a professional sales, service and relationship expert in the hotel and hospitality industry for 25 years; who lectures at the college level to grad and post grad students on service, relationships, marketing and word of mouth and honesty in your dealings ... they are incredible examples of what I pass on to them and others that I do business with.

By all means ... look no further than Geno and Andrea at Geno's Appliance Repair ...you will enjoy both of them personally and professionally. (Done because I love to find people doing things right),
