It pleases us to share with you the tradition of authentic oak pit and smoked barbecue. Qcrew is not a typical commercial catering company. We cater on site, outdoor, with wood fired barbecue all year long. Our traditional methods of preparation and exclusive focus on barbecue reflects the strong commitment we have made to serving only the finest barbecue, and we are not shy about boasting of our great food and first rate staff. In addition to first quality cuts of beef, black angus burgers and all beef dogs, our menus also includes slow roasted BBQ chicken, succulent St. Louis Style pork ribs, roasted whole pigs and the areas best pulled pork. These popular barbecue favorites are prepared to suit. Spending hours in our hand crafted smokers, our meats are slow smoked for each and every event. A robust flavor reaches the bone with every single mouth watering selection. Our roasted pigs can cook for up to 10 hours, and our ribs are rubbed and marinated in recipes that have stood the test of time and taste.
