Let's get past this 2013 review, Greg Gunn is in town and will take care of his customers! I've just purchased a 2014 Jeep from him and it has been the best experience. This is my second vehicle from Greg and I've followed him from Houston. I've also referred several people while he was in Houston and I received excellent feedback on the experience. There is definitely a small town feel with a big heart at the dealership. Greg kept me informed along the way and we didn't play a game of tennis in negotiating the deal. Greg is to the point and I respect that as I am pretty (politely) direct myself! Stephen has supported the experience and has been great in communicating with me. Just got a text...my girl is on her way and will be delivered to me soon!

Yesterday pulled in to look at a truck the General Manager backs into my car promises all these things when I ask for it in writing he's like well I'm not sure if it's my fault. So I call the cops to write a report because he would not exchange information he gives the cops a hard time. An the whole time he acted real immature an I just couldn't believe he is the general manager of all 3 lots in port lavaca. I gave it a star because I had to if I could I'd give it negative 10 stars.

Highly recomend the service department!
