In the off-chance someone will read this-This taxi service is "too busy" to provide service within 5 blocks of their location, and during the winter expect to wait an hour past your requested pickup time, even when scheduling 2-4 hours in advance. When they arrived late, the excuse from dispatch blames the customer, stating the time the cab arrives is the time the customer requested, so it is the customer's fault.(happened 5 times for after-school practices that were always at the same time)Right around the time I got tired of being blamed, they got really busy, and a 4:40 p/u requested at 3:00 and not picked-up by 5:30 was "Sorry, we're very busy".I am now enlisting an neighbor until I get a car.
