My relative rented a penske truck from them for the summer for a job and instead of charging his credit card $200. a week they charged his card $500. a week for a total of over $5000.00! Cannot get any calls back from the company and the solo storage is not helpful either. He has to take them to court to get the charges removed from his credit card. He is a nice man and a senior citizen and they took advantage of him!
