We are Low- Income Housing for Seniors 62 and up. We offer 1 bedroom units complete with standard size 30" stove, 18 cu ft refrigerator, microwave and a dishwasher! Each unit comes with air conditioning which is an additional yearly fee of Only $95 also each unit has cable at Only $19 additional per month.
Upon approved application, credit and criminal check you will join our waitlist and be in line for subsidized living in downtown Port Huron just a stone throw from the beautiful St. Clair River.
