In my opinion: 5 Stars: Price, Slab Layout, and Seams 4 Stars: Installation 1 Star: Customer Service (poor) Would I recommend Bedrock to a friend? Yes absolutely, just understand that customer service may still be a challenge to Bedrock. My Experience: 2 sink holes mis-cut. It was not fixed. Installer's dropped one of the sinks breaking it requiring a 2nd visit when the replacement sink arrived. Bedrock paid for replacement. Drill bits for faucet holes broke during 2nd visit, no new bits on truck so a 3rd visit required. In my opinion, the customer service was poor. For each return visit I waited up to 2 1/2 weeks for an appt. In my opinion, Alan was not honest with me. He told me he had contacted AP Granite about my bowed slab, then admitted that he hadn't and that I was not a priority to him.
