My boyfriend and I purchased a Groupon to stay at the hotel for the weekend. We were pretty nervous and not sure what to expect. The resort has the comfort of a B&B ( fireplace was always running, comfortable sitting areas to enjoy coffee, complimentary cold and hot breakfast,etc). Our room was clean and everyone was extremely helpful, attentive and nice. The prices for additional items ( drinks, food) were beyond reasonable. When we closed our tab we were shocked at how affordable everything was. We had a wonderful weekend and will definitely be returning.

my friend bought this on groupon, it's excellent value. the front desk staff are very helpful, the dining service are excellent. the recreation center has steam room and racket room, so I can relax and my kids can play. beautiful and quiet surrounding, overall excellent.

The hotel staff is amazing! Every staff member was very friendly from the time we arrived at the gate. Having read the previous reviews and considering the cost (an amazing value), every aspect exceeded our expectations. This is a great place for a family reunion or a relaxing get-away. P.S. We were part of TravelJunkie's party of about 17 family members. A good time was had by all.

We just returned from a two night stay at Erie Islands Resort (a groupon special)! What a wonderful expereince. The inn was beautiful, clean and well kept. It is tastefully decorated. An added plus was the holiday decor which was gorgeous. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We arrived on Sunday evening and were welcomed with a wine and cheese get together. Also included in our package was a dinner one night. It was delicious! The staff was phenomenal. Every staff member that we had contact with did everything to make sure our stay was memorable. Jenny, Scott and Monica were friendly, attentive and truly care about the guests at the resort. We enjoyed the experience so much that we have already scheduled another stay here. We highy recommend Erie Islands Resort.
