Ordered a couple items around the same time in the past, each item to be delivered was a hassle. Didn't come in, was damaged, couldn't get the delivery window approximate. Gave them a 2nd chance thinking they would get it together, guy told us we'd be the 1st delivery. By 10:30 nothing, and the store phone wasn't working. Finally by 11:15 there was an answer, put on hold for 10 minutes to hear another unhappy customer yelling about how their order was messed up. After a call back, he tells us he will call the warehouse, calls us back and says they JUST PUT IT ON THE TRUCK and there maybe 1 or 2 people before us. Terrible, lesson learned. Not sure how they stay in business, and the only rating with 5 stars must either know them, or didn't actually purchase anything.

The couches they sent us were so cheap and uncomfortable . We were told they were good couches . You can barley sit on them let alone lay down . They gave us the couches with no legs . The couches looked nothing like they did in the book . And they don't do refunds or returns . The lamps the gave us with them were lamps you pay 10 dollars for at jembro . I should have stuck with bobs furniture . Lesson learned .
