Today I had a 10:00 am appointment for a cleaning. Waterside manager told me it was a state law that I had to have a deep tissue cleaning for all pockets more than 5mm. I refused such high priced cleaning, I just wanted my normal cleaning,

They refused to do it saying Florida law requires it.



My wife has been told she needs thousand of dollars in deep cleaning at Waterside dental, now uses a Dentist in Punta Gorda not claiming the Florida state requires this type of cleaning.

PS, I have never seen the same dentist in the building for the four years I have been the patent there. Today it was a new Cuban Dentist.

I believe Waterside dental to be unprofessional in the way they pressure patients like myself and my wife to pay for not required services, and lies about state requirements.

My background, Dental laboratory owner for 20 years, and worked at the number 2 dental school in the United States for over 7 years.
