Great store!! I have consigned at this store for many years. The staff is very helpful when I bring items in to sell. I would never ask for the staff to look for my stuff. If I want my items back I would never consign it in the first place! I also bought a sofa and needed it to be delivered the staff delivered it for me and also, helped me move the old sofa out to the garage. I would recommend this clean store to anyone that is looking for great quality stuff.

Consign-ees -- beware! Had a very difficult trying to retrieve items that had not sold and very sure I did not get the promised 50% of items that did sell. The man admitted that most items dropped off for consignment were not retrieved at the end of the contracted 60-day period. When I came in to retrieve my items, I was told I had to wander through the store to find them myself. I did find most of my items but it was very difficult. Had they been a little nicer regarding this, I may have just left my items and chalked it up to the fact that I really did not want them in the first place and I would have probably just donated them anyway. They treated me horribly and because of that, I decided to make an issue of trying to retrieve all my items. In the end, I was not even able to retrieve all my items, and items that had sold were miraculously found on the books as having been sold only after I spent 20 minutes or so looking for them. Pass on this deal -- it's hardly a deal and
