Called them looking for work . The owner greg told me to come in and talk to him. Got hired @$12 an hour which is a good price for not knowing anything about installing security system. I asked how many people he had working for him he said seven or eight he had two or three crews he has a total of 3 people working for him The one guy they do have working for them Is around 27 or 28 years old and he really knows what hes doing. And he is only making $15 an hour. Which is not nearly enough this guy is really intelligent he runs the jobs he does everything. And going behind the owner trying to figure out what he has going . When he writes on the floor in the walls and says this is where the speakers go he does not even give you directions to the job. He tells you take this road take that road turn here and youll see it. Very very unorganized. This guy will talk your ear off. But he also will talk behind your back put you down in anyway he can. But he will not do it to your face. I worked a total of three months for this company. All he could do was tell you what you did wrong on the job. But if you ever went in behind him and check his work. He does very very messy work and think she did a great job but if you were to do that kind of work he would put you down about everything. And trying to get your last paycheck or to try to get him to call you back is almost impossible. I would never recommend to anybody to work for this guy he treats everybody like theyre a baby and dont know what they are doing. The technician they do have really knows what hes doing if this technician quit he would probably lose all of his accounts because this guy knows how to think like the owner does and he takes pride in his work he should be making around $20 an hour. He will never make it above $15 an hour working for this guy. Their sales technician and troubleshooter Dave is totally awesome at what he does and Im sure he is not making nearly enough. They do good work but be careful because the owner lies i wouldnt refer anyone to go to work for this company. Make sure you get your last check because when you quit he will be totally rude to you
