Provided by YPmobileWorst customer service ever. I was a return customer. I waited 2 weeks for my inspection report & called to see where it was. The woman who always answers the phone was, as always, short with me & quickly said she'd re-email it to me. I waited another week, called back & said I didn't get it. She was irritated that she would have to send it again. Yet she never tried to confirm my email address & again rushed me off the phone. I called a few weeks later & left a message. No call back. I tried emailing them. Nothing. I called again a week later & got the same rude woman. I asked her to please send & she said she had sent it 100 times. I told her maybe I should give her another email addresses because it was not coming through. She's said she did not have time for that! Then, she read back the email address that "she had emailed 100 times and it was Wrong. She was the one screwing it up & she couldn't be bothered to get the email address right the first, second or 100th time.

Provided by YP.comThis is one of those companies they warn you about when you move to Florida. Patten’s Coast to Coast Home Inspections was one of three recommended by a realtor, and if I’d done my research, as you are doing now, I would’ve avoided a lot of headaches. The job was rushed, and therefore flawed. When the inspector turned on the sprinkler system he either was in too much of a hurry to see a sprinkler was directing a strong jet of water right at a bedroom window or didn’t understand the threat. Either way it doesn’t say anything good about their expertise or concern for the potential homeowner.
Although he noted some obvious bubbling paint caused by a sprinkler in another area (this is called a clue), he failed to note the bubbling paint and loose caulking around a nearby window sill. On the first day of taking possession of our house, we turned the sprinklers on and soon noticed water had been running into the house from the leaking sill. As this had been going on for a while, the carpet was ruined.
It took numerous phone calls and emails for Patten’s to respond and when they did I was met with hostility, confrontation, and denials. Since the room had to undergo repairs, our moving into the house was delayed and we had no use of the room, causing a number of inconveniences. When I asked for a small and partial refund due to the inconvenience their flawed inspection had caused, I was sent a rambling and illogical email refusing any refund.
I also told Patten’s the fast-moving inspector missed finding an outlet that did not work. Incredibly, the owner of the company said he disagreed and then refused to check their own work when I asked him to come out and see for himself. This is a company that catches only the most blatant issues with a house an average handyman would see and does not perform the kind of detailed inspection you want when buying a home. They should not be doing home inspections, and since they prefer to rush from house to house, I suggest another line of work for this incompetent business:
Pizza delivery.
