Fantastic!!! Lost all the weight I wanted to and am able to keep it off with the help of Elite Training, the instructors ar GREAT...lots of programs to pick from, personal training and group classes. Just wonderful!!!

This studio is a wonderful place to start a fitness program. I came here two years ago and I didn't know a thing about exercise and had tried every diet/fitness plan there was before here. The support and knowledge I have gained at Elite has changed my whole lifestyle. There is absolutely something for everyone here and the best part is I'm never bored! If you are serious about getting in the best shape of your life, these are the hands you want to be in.
