On Friday, 1/15/16, we ordered from Best Pizzas' online ordering site. We ordered Cajun wings, which we like from Best Pizzas. Then we added cinnamon sticks to our order. At that point, we noticed that we had plain wings on the checkout list instead of Cajun. We deleted the plain wings and ordered Cajun and checked out...stupidly without checking the order on the checkout. We still ended up with plain wings, when the order was delivered. We checked the order, and it did say plain wings. However, after the first problem, we were very careful to order Cajun wings. After delivery, we called the restaurant, who said that they had many orders of Cajun wings from the website today. The manager did not offer to make it right or offer a discount or a future credit...did not offer in any way to correct the wrong. We have ordered from Best Pizza before, many times. In fact, we have an online account with them from which we have ordered frequently. Will we order from them in the future? Maybe to probably... Will we order from them from their website again? If so, it will be a long time. We were not treated right, and that is hard to forget...it may be Dominos from now on.

The business deserves no star rating.. They have very poor customer service. Manager and or the owner is very rude when you have a problem. He didn't care that I have a major issue of the BILL. I have been ordering from them for the past 5 years as they were DINOS.. It has just been going down hill as far as the customer service and prices go. I will no longer be ordering from them!! Nor will I be telling my friends about this place other then their poor service!!
