I have visited the other shops in Port Charlotte and your service wins 100% over theirs. They don't remember anyone from Adam - I was in twice before I came to Acme and neither the owner or her employee remembered me. I feel that when I walk into Acme, you know who I am and that makes me feel very comfortable in making choices about stuff that I'm not sure about. I trust your opinions more than the other shops. I am glad that I made Acme my bicycle shop
