Operational for more than 40 years, Stevens Middle School is a part of the Port Angeles School District. The school enrolls more than 500 students in grades seven and eight. It employs a trained staff of teachers, custodians, administrators, para educators and reading tutors. Stevens Middle School provides special education for students with special needs. It operates a parent-teacher association that sponsors various fundraising events and activities. The school also provides gifted and talent education programs. Stevens Middle School operates homework and band clubs. Its academic curriculum includes subjects, such as reading, writing, math and science. Stevens Middle School is located in Port Angeles, Wash.
