Definitely the best child care center in West Baton Rouge. My oldest has been there since he was 1, now he goes there for summer camp and before and after care. My daughter loves going to school there! They have a phenominal pre-k program and the best summer camp in the area!

My children moved from another center to Rocking Horse about 8 months ago. I could not be happier! The staff at Rocking Horse is phenominal. I was so impressed that their infant center is a completely seperate building that has nothing but babies in it. It definitely helped to keep my baby healthier. My 3 year old is learning things that I never expected him to learn at his age - it wasn't even thought about at his previous daycare.The facilities are wonderful! The rooms are bright and colorful and it's a so clean and fresh smelling - unlike other centers I have visted. I suggest anyone looking for a daycare - don't bother looking around, go straight to Rocking Horse.

The previous comment was grossly incorrect. Rocking Horse has always provided great care for my children, but since the new owners have taken over the service is much better than I've ever received. I didn't even know the previous owner as they were rearly there. The new owners are there early in the mornining and late at night. They have managed to weed out the bad staff and have a wonderful group of teachers now. They have made improvements to the facilities and continue to do so. The previous comment stated they were over priced, obviously that person has not looked at other centers. They are very competatively priced and are actually lower than the centers across the highway from them. If you have a need for child care services, there is no other choice besides Rocking Horse!

My child went to Rocking Horse for 9 years, at the time my child started it was great but when the new owners took over last year in 2009 it has not been good my child came home not wanting to go back. Rocking Horse's prices are to high for the care they are giving. I am glad my child no longer goes there he is much happier being away from Rocking Horse. I do not recomend anyone putting their child at Rocking Horse. There are better place around West Baton Rouge Parish.
