Very professional atmosphere from the minute I entered the office. I was greeted by a smiling and friendly receptionist. She ask the purpose of my visit. I had been a patient before 3. or 4 yrs ago, and she quickly pulled my chart and ask me to make myself comfortable. Within 15-20 minutes a dental assistant came out and led me to a room where I took a seat in the dental chair. Again she was very professional and positive. Within minutes Dr Ormsby came in and greeted me and listened carefully as I explained my problem to him. Needless to say, but he performed the procedure and like in past visits I felt none or very little pain from beginning to the end. (approximately 1 hour) I would highly recommend Dr Ormsby's care, based on his past and present procedures preformed on me and my family.
