So far I have had nothing but problems since the moment that I bought this internet service. I am currently paying for 6mbps and as of a few minutes ago I am only getting 0.39mbps.I was told to upgrade my service by a support guy in Atlanta and that would fix my problem but it has only gotten worse and now I am paying more for it. I have been having this problem for well over two months now and have asked for a tech to come out on multiple occasions and so far nothing. I did talk to a supervisor this morning and hes going to try to get a tech out here today. We will see I guess. This is not my first internet company but it is by far the worst that I have ever had period. I suggest that if you are looking for internet in the Poplar Bluff MO area to go and look for a better company who has there $h!t in order if you have the choice, which I don't!

Installation fee was well over $100, they didn't show for the installation date they set and blamed me for it and wanted me to wait another week before they would try to come out again. Customer service is not what they are about.
