I have been going here for 3+ years and I love everyone there. They are kind, compassionate and a very family-friendly place.I have referred friends and family members to them and everyone I know loves them.If you are looking for a doctor I highly recommend them.
I went in hoping to find a new doctor closer to work. I went twice. The first time was an initial visit to go over medications. The second time was for blood work in May. Prescriptions ran out in July, so I had the pharmacy contact Dr. Brown's office. After a completely exhausting game of phone tag, they finally said they'd refill for 30 days because I needed to come in and do bloodwork! Received a bill for $100, but still haven't been able to get them to authorize any refills. They never called in the 30-days' worth. Total waste of time. Guess I'm on the lookout for a new doctor!
Impossible to reach, and they bill you out the wazoo. Went in for some blood work and they tried and tried but did not know how to draw blood. Waste of my time and money.
The most unprofessional office I have ever seen. It will take several days sometimes for them to return a call if your lucky to even get a call back.
I called in the am for medicine only to get a call back 3 hours later that they would have to see me. I called and they leave at 12 on Fridays. I left a message with their answering service to which they send the message straight to the doctor. They never called me. I ended up having to go to Urgent Care where I tested positive for the flu.
I started using them a year ago, and it has been nothing but a headache getting refills for medicine, etc.
Go somewhere else! They are not professional!
If someone would answer the Phones or take Peach State !! Not Polite ........
I just have to say if you can find elsewhere to go...you may be better off....no KIND of compassion...RUDE.....if you do choose to use them GOOD LUCK!
