Used to be a great steak. Three times in three months the ribeye steak was unedible. They have drasticaly lowered their quality and the service is hit or miss. I drive an hour each way to eat there but won't be doing it again. It's really a shame because it used to be one of the best places to eat in the state.

Outstanding food as well as their very own signature after drink called "Tumble Weed". As I understand it, the "tumble weed" after dinner drink was orignally created at Pauline's in the early 60's and is the only place that offers it in it's original way. I'd recommend Pauline's Steakhouse to anyone looking for an outstanding meal. Fine dining in a casual relaxed atmosphere.

The best steak I've had, top shelf service and a unique atmosphere! I'd recommend to anyone.
