ordered a replica jersey from their online store, still waiting for it 2 weeks later. was charged $11 for shipping, which is outrageous considering how long it's taking (I'm in Chicago, not Shanghai). Furthermore, I ordered another replica jersey shortly after this from an online seller in ARGENTINA (!) that arrived last week, and they only charged me $14 to ship. I also found their online site to be very lacking--example: try ordering an Adidas Trofeo team jersey, and not having a drop-down box to select the color. Very sub-par experience in my book.
