Ive had bad experiences in the past, but with Gallery Lock & Key Store - I just cant stop showering praises on them. The locksmiths Ive hired in the past only needed an excuse to levy heavy charges on me. In fact, there was one guy who pointed out to a tiny spot of rust and told me that it needed to be replaced at once! Ever since I found Gallery Lock & Key Store on my opinion of locksmiths has been altered entirely! These guys are the best, most talented and honest locksmiths Ive ever come across. Thumbs-up! Keep up the good work Gallery Lock & Key Store!
Mike was very pleasant, on time, and got the job done in about 15 minutes! i couldn't recomend these guys enough!!! I moved in to a walkup from a doorman elevator buildling, and i needed the cylinder of my top lock changed, i opted for the high security lock (I wasn't pressure at all to spend the extra money on one of these) and i'm happy i did! Mike did a great job and even gave us a discount on it!
Great service! Pricing was fair and their website was very helpful in helping me determine what we needed. I made sure to call around different locksmiths, even tried service magic, when we decided we needed a new cylinder for our lock. They were able to come within an hour of me calling. I wanted a lock problem fixed, and a friend's recommendation couldn't come by until a week in the future. Gallery Lock & Key Store was able to send John on the very same day - which was fortunate because I made the original problem a lot worse by fiddling with things. John did great work and was very pleasant and courteous. And I thought the final price was definitely reasonable. As with all service providers, I hope to never have a problem requiring them to come around again, but I would most certainly call Gallery Lock & Key Store should the need arise. And to boot, it feels good to support a LOCAL Company in Pompton Lakes, NJ!
How can you not be amazed by a company that already has a solid five stars? Thanks for making it easy to pick a locksmith! 1st Star: has 24/7 service. 2nd Star: Tech was exactly on time, 8am. And chipper as can be. 3rd Star: Professional service. Tech explained the flaws of our previous lock - but also didn't make me feel like an idiot for my own [failed] installation job. 4th Star: Quick service. I hadn't even taken two sips of my coffee, and the new lock was installed. 5th Star: Cheap! By far the cheapest quote I got. I would not hesitate a second to recommend Gallery Lock & Key Store to anyone.
WOW! I don't know what else to say. I called Gallery Lock & Key Store on Wednesday and he gave me a great breakdown of what I was looking for, which is was a deadbolt installation. He was very informative and helpful. I called him again on Friday to set up a time and he made time in his schedule for a Saturday installation, in less than 24 hrs! The install was fast and he was super friendly and professional. Dave is quite personable and I really enjoyed having such a nice person to coordinate with. If you need a lock install, you can't do better. I honestly would say that working with Gallery Lock & Key Store has been my most pleasant interaction with a service company in Pompton Lakes, NJ EVER.
