I called in for a Sat appointment for mani/pedi --- I got my pedicure first turned out ok, then by that time 6 ladies came in to be waited on. Once my pedi is done though they attended to all others and poppoed me to the side until I said something, meanwhile I have a plane to catch and place to go to. Long story short, I waited half hour And no one waited on me, lady said 10 mins more ---, guess what, i paid and walked out! Customer service is horrible in this place! i will not come here any longer

These operators know about upping the bill, not a thing about chemistry !! I left there with badly burned feet that took two doctor's visits and a week of lost work. They had forgotten to properly measure the stuff they were using.....STAY AWAY from this place!
