I love bringing my customers to Entegra's design center! The people there are ALWAYS extremely helpful. I have been in the roofing industry for 15 years, and know this to be a very well run organization. The design center does prefer appointments, not walk ins, so be sure to call ahead. Even better, bring your contractor!

Very poor customer service. No return calls. They damanged my property when delivering tiles and refuse to take responsiblity. Make sure you get a Certificate of Insurance BEFORE these people step foot on your property.
