They shipped me defective merchandise, then tried to coerce me into filing a fraudulent insurance claim against Fed Ex in order to receive a refund. When I refused, they promised a 100% refund if I returned the defective merchandise. I sent it back, but they charged me a 19% restocking fee. Customer service rep was rude and immature when I asked for a full refund. Avoid this company!!
