Terrible service. They were rude from the beginning and charged us for damages that were there prior to our ride.

Basically this placed ripped my daughter off. They first said she was being charged $500. because of a mechanical problem, Then when she told them that wasn't the jet ski she used they said "Oh, well yours had water damage & damage to the bottom." This place told my daughter that they would make a deal with her if she paid right away. They would only charge $300. instead of $500. We were able to talk to the owner once and he agreed she should not have been charged, BUT we can not get ahold of him again to reverse the charge. The company said it's a civil court case now, So to small claims court we go!

Great boats and customer service. Staff was very knowledgeable regarding boats and where to go on the water. We had a wonderful time and we will be back

Customer service and jet ski's were great. The jet ski's were brand new we had a great time. We went out in the ocean and rode along the beach to Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale. We loved it and will be back.

I RENTED FROM THIS COMPANY AND THEY TOTALLY SCREWED ME OVER! THEY EVEN ADMITTED TO ME THAT THEY WERE IN A LAWSUIT WITH THE RENTERS BEFORE ME, OVER THE SAME THING. THEY KEPT MY DEPOSIT FOR NO REASON AT ALL. THEIR BOATS ARE REALLY DISGUSTING AND NONE OF THE MECHANICAL THINGS WORKED ON THE BOAT. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOOSE ALL OF YOUR MONEY!
