Paid $3800 for a transmission on a '02 F350 7.3 Diesel truck . single rear wheel 2x4. My bread and butter is this truck . My only vehicle . Mother alone raising 3 great teen boys. I have build a business for 5 years with my boys. RV transport service.
This transmission shop took our $ .and is been a a saga since the moment they put that tranny in .6 times the truck had got back to the shop. in Les then 1 1/2 year. It has cost us time ,loss of $$$, Upset customers , . Getting strained on the highway more then once , 600 miles from home with a load a camper to be delivered. Not an apologies. or a genuine effort to make it right. No respect at all.The times the truck has gone back to the shop it has been seating there for weeks at a time. With no improvement
Parked outside the shop windows down and stray cats sleeping inside.
I have meet other customers who hade gone true the same problems. .. truck drove terrible . every time. Cheap parts .Can't hardly accelerate this vehicle Faulty torque converter keeps slipping. Shifted so hard it had to replace the rear axel 2 times . Every shift is like someone rear ending you at 40 mil x hr. They just slap things together. Always making excuses, looking to put a blame on something else .
Becouse of the brakes. This or that. Clown
Don't take your vehicle to him. Please share . Let people know how bad he runs this place. I'll share my disappointment every time I get a chance
