I went to the drive thru at this Tom's and ordered two items. They got both items wrong. I ordered a Chef's Salad with no onion. I received the salad with onions! I also ordered A Taco Salad with Carne Asada. I paid and drove back to work on the other side of town to find there was not any carne asada on the salad!!! When I called to complain they said they knew they forgot to put the meat on the salad and that If I wanted to I come back for it!!! It was too much time away from work and too much gasoline to drive back. They were rude on the phone. I will never ever go back. Bad service and they cannot get an order correct.
