Let me tell you that the phone systems Startech Tel sells may be good, but the Customer Service stinks to high heaven. They don't even deserve a "1" star. I have been chatting with them for the last three weeks trying to find a phone system that would fit my needs. Today, they claimed that I was asking too many questions and they could not help me on chat anymore. How Pathetic!!! What good company tells someone not to ask questions on a product?? They stated "I was wasting their time", but I was a potential customer and I was going to make a purchase from them. What a way to do business. You tell someone going to make a $1,000+ purchase to not ask questions. Good. Now I can find another company that actual WANTS to do business. I hope you learned a lesson StarTech Tel. Don't send customers away.
