This is a small family owned business. I've had Jaime make custom cabinets for my kitchen on two occasions.



Each time their initial visit to give estimates has been timely, and Jaime's product is extremely well made.



But their scheduling and follow-up customer service needs a lot of attention; and getting them to answer and return calls is a frustrating experience. One of the shelves in my pantry that was installed last Friday gave way leaving me with a pantry door that I cannot close because the shelf juts out. I called left a message on Saturday, and here it is Wednesday and the office has not returned my call.
