Need to have better driver managers and they need to screen drivers a little better. I was with this company and had a really bad co-driver. He had caused be to get in 2 backing accidents.

Covenant needs to screen there pre hires. People who take psyche meds., addicts, alcoholics, the mentally ill, the homeless, the mentally Ill and other things should be an automatic disqualifer. As a current driver I have had to tolerate this type of co-driver and you can't do your job with people like this in your cab.
