Craig was quick and pretty efficient. His prices were comparable...in fact you would probably be getting more for your money since the quality is better. He leaves his info for you so that you can call him when you move so you can take the system with you. In the end, 4 of our neighbors ended up calling him to come out to install in their garage too.

Nice to deal with, best quality racks i could find on the market, and the prices are equal to lesser quality racks AND include delivery and installation. Wouldn't hesitate to suggest these guys.

Craig's product and service are superior to anything else I could find on the market. He showed up right on time and installed two racks in an your or less. The racks are powder coated to resist rust, and because every piece is secured to a stud or the frame, it is rock solid and makes sliding bins and boxes on and off the racks hassle-free. Worth every penny.

Had Craig come out and install a heavy duty rack after we refinished our garage. He was very nice/professional and the rack appears to be very sturdy. I don't doubt the 1000 pound claim at all. I also got a few hooks which hold up my bike and other items. I would highly recommend.

Just had Craig out to install two 4' x 8' overhead racks in my garage (1000lb rated) and could not be happier. Racks look great and are very solid looking. Craig is very courteous and professional. He was on time and installed the units within about an hour. The racks themselves are his own design, and are of very high quality, I have seen others but they don't compare to the ones I had installed today. Highly recommend this company and their product. The only downside was that I had to wait a couple of weeks for my appointment as he is that busy! But I think that is a great endorsement of his business. Word has gotten around!
