Pomfret School, established in 1894, offers education to more than 400 students in grades nine through 12. The school s curriculum includes a variety of subjects, such as literature, writing, foreign language, history, mathematics, science, fine arts, religion and computers. The amenities offered by the school include a studio, residence hall, cafeteria and athletic field. It has a student s union that provides assistance with school activities and organizes science fairs and events. The school also offers educational grants and college counseling to students. It provides various sports activities to students, including baseball, lacrosse, squash, soccer, volleyball, wrestling, field hockey, football and golf. The school is located in Pomfret, Conn.
