I've lived here for almost 4 year and love it. It's very quiet and the neighbors are friendly. Most keep their properties up and tidy with a few exceptions. The manager Christine and Tim the maintenance man are wonderful!. Tim gets right on the job when a work order is put in. Having washer and dryer hook ups are a plus also dishwashers!All in all Milton Place is a nice community to live in.

'The apartments are newly built, very nice and clean. People 62 and above or disabled. Quite area, nice neighborhood. I would live there.
