Provided by YPmobileThis McDonald's is the worst I have ever visited. The fries are ALWAYS cold and the orders are wrong almost every time. The employees need to go back to pre-school.

Provided by YPmobileI was recently working in Point Pleasant for an archaeological dig. In all the traveling I do with work this has to be the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. The fish sandwich was soaked in grease and fries must've sat around around all morning. The worst part was the customer service. Not only were they snapping towels at each other and jerking around but gave dirty looks when I asked for a refund. I will live on kit cats and snickers before I ever go there again.

Provided by YP.comi have lived in the belpre/parkersburg arean my entire life so when i moved to point 5 years ago the golden arches here were a let down. the biscuts are... well dissapointing. call traffric circle mcdonalds on garfield ave. and ask to borrow debbie the biscut lady. have her teach your staff cause her biscuts reign supreme! perfect everytime! the sweet tea is never consistant. sometimes its perfect sometimes its so sweet its undrinkable and sometimes it has no sugar. make sure EVERY employee uses the same amount of sugar. give the customers some stability instead of a random chance. also, nothing has made me more angry than the worker who messed my order up a few months ago and blamed me. First if a customer orders a sadwhich and asks for certain topping to be left off and the sandwich doesnt come with those toppings in the first place that should be a red flag that you have heard the order wrong secondly before employees yell at a customer and blame them for not checking the screen you might want to give them the opportunity! not punch in what you think you heard save the order and say pull around :( i would have thought their were company wide procedures so no matter what a customer orders or where they are they wont be shocked by something new, Also, bagels should not be put in a bun toaster it makes them hard and crunchy. they should be qued or microwaved. overall the staff is friendly and drive thru times have improved with two drive thru lanes :) i hope my comments are taken and incorporated into ways to improve business. it would make both sides happy :)
