Worst customer service ever. For a private shop the service is horrible. As long as you have no issues with your tat your good, if you have a problem good luck getting back in there for tjem.to fix it. You might have to beg for them to fix their work. Professional's do not work this way. Kirk may be talented, but he certainly doesn't take care of his customers if they need him
