      I have been a customer of Chong's for years. She is very clean, professional and a wonderful person. Anyone that is interested in permanent cosmetics is very safe in the hands of Chong. I highly recommend her. She gives you her undivided attention when you are with her. 5 stars of course. GREAT JOB. Susan
