The last 3 times I stopped for supplies, they didn't have what I needed. Not unusual things, e.g., raw umber acrylic paint, refill sponge for the pallet they sell in their store, matte medium acrylic. Online appears to be the forced solution.
The absolute worst business in Pocatello. I normally support all small local businesses. However, the audacity of the customer service in this store was horrid!!!... I am happy to continue all of my custom framing needs at The Gallows. The owner at least is respectable. Creative Crafts and Frames is terrible. I wasn't even able to get a memorable photo framed, the man in the business was pompous, impolite to myself and my children. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO MY COWORKERS, MY FRIENDS, MY FAMILY, DISTANT SECOND COUSINS!!!..terrible attitude. If you would like a wonderful experience go to other small local businesses in Pocatello...for instance THE GALLOWS...they are respectable. Thank You! Elizabeth.

Great Store with lots of inventory. The service was good and the staff is very knowledgeable.

Great service low prices. Cushmans has more stock than any other art store I have been to in SE Idaho. They really know there stuff and have always been able to point me in the right direction and give me advice. Highly Recommended!
