Went to them in June and got a prescription for contacts. I went online to reorder the same prescription and now Walmart has a generic product called Equate with the exact same prescription. I reordered on line so I could save $20 on two boxes. When they reached the doctor office in Walmart they said I had to come in and spend $40 to get a new prescription even though mine had not expired and the only difference was the brand. Basically a five minute appt where the doctor made $40 when he could have simply said no problem. I find this doctor to be cheap and out for himself not the patient. I told them I would find a doctor with better ethics who cares more about saving me money than making it for themselves. I find it unacceptable that Walmart advertises Equate products but charges you to simply put the same prescription on a new piece of paper for $40. Thanks for the bad customer service

You have to drive a bit up here in central NH to get to places. Walmart said the glasses would be ready on a certain date, got there and they were not ready. Met a neighbor in the store and they said they were there to pick up their glasses- again - after they had driven up yesterday to pick up (the date given they would be ready) also not ready! They have your contact info but I guess it is up to you to call first and make sure things on are schedule. Just a pain as it is a 40 minute drive. Also, they charged $15 to use previous frames...
