I feel compelled to share our deeply disappointing experience with Micah’s Property Management, LLC, in hopes it will serve as a cautionary tale to others. While professionalism and respect should be the bare minimum in any business dealing with the public, this company failed in both areas—gravely.

An employee representing Micah’s Property Management parked a truck and trailer in such a way that it completely blocked access to our private driveway. This wasn’t just inconsiderate—it obstructed a retired veteran’s property, a man who served four tours overseas defending the very freedoms this kind of disrespect mocks. When politely asked to move the vehicle, the employee arrogantly replied, “I’ll move it when I’m ready.”

After finally moving the vehicle, rather than acknowledging the inconvenience or apologizing, this individual chose to escalate things by engaging in immature and unprofessional name-calling. He repeatedly referred to my husband as a “crack head”—a baseless, offensive accusation meant only to demean and provoke. He even doubled down on the insult, stating “I just call them as I see them.” This kind of juvenile behavior is not just unprofessional—it’s shameful and unacceptable in any setting, let alone one representing a business.
If this is the caliber of character Micah’s Property Management hires to represent their company, I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

Respect, professionalism, and common decency matter—qualities that were sorely lacking in our experience.
