With no referral or appointment required, you can simply walk in and let our experts promptly take care of you. Our skilled physical therapists at TCO Plymouth use advanced diagnostic tools and innovative treatment options to support you throughout your rehabilitation journey. Whether you're recovering from a sports-related injury or regaining mobility after surgery, our dedicated PTs will alleviate pain, improve your range of motion, and guide you toward a full recovery. At TCO Plymouth, Training HAUS provides sports performance services for athletes and teams of all ages and skill levels. The Training HAUS team is dedicated to optimizing performance, enhancing skills, and helping athletes achieve their goals.
