Fred # 4155 was my tech. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He explained everything to me and did a great job.

My family is so happy with the service provided from Roto-Rooter. We have not hosted Christmas in over 10 years and we were so excited to do it this year! We cleaned the entire house, moved furniture and busted out the china only to have our kitchen sink back up! I did what I could do and realized the job was above my head. Hosting Christmas at our house seemed impossible so at 5:00pm this past Christmas Eve I decided to call Roto-Rooter not even knowing if they would answer their phone. We had Juan out to our house within an hour! He knew exactly what was wrong, had the parts in his truck and worked diligently for an hour straight! He even kept my floor spottless! Needless to say we were able to host Christmas and it was wonderful! I never write reviews but I had to! Juan was wonderful, the dispatcher was wonderful and I would HIGHLY recommend Roto-Rooter. Thank you so much for everyone that helped us! Happy Holidays!

I was told someone could be here by 1. Instead, they texted and showed up within 30 minutes! Yay! John was great. He was very knowledgeable and fixed my plugged drain in not time. Great experience

We were having some major plumbing issues and Roto-Rooter came to our rescue! Juan and Kevin were very informative and helpful! Sadly we had to use the Jetter to get our line unplugged but Kevin was very fast and got the problem unstuck in no time! The dispatch called before they came out, which was nice and I would highly recommend them! Thank you for your help with our not so fun problem!

We had a great experience with using them. While we didn't have a need for emergency service we were experiencing some sluggish drains and so we called to get on the schedule. As it turned out they were able to come within a half and hour and clean our main drain line as well as a basement branch line. Brian was upfront with costs and got the job done with his assistant. What really impressed me was the fact they had us in their system from the last time we used their services (1997)! Wow that's impressive. Good job.

I wrote a review about my experience on Yelp and Google as well and here is what I have to say - A big thank you and wonderful job to Jason (#792) and Brandon (#2076) - they came to my condo unit (built in the 1970's) and replaced a poorly installed toilet piece from the owner before me that recently started leaking into the unit below mine. They gave me several options to choose from and I wound up with a new, basic, and secure toilet. I couldn't be happier! I was also glad to see Jason help Brandon (the apprentice) learn about whatever was wrong with my toilet and how to do things right. You guys rock!"

The technician who was out was very nice and informative. He provided tips, so the problems don't occur again. They were prompt and I received a phone call when they were on their way. I was impressed with the online appointment schedule.

The tech was nice and helpful the labor seemed to cost a lot since he was only there an hour but he did a good job installing a new garbage disposal

They are a good resource, because they are available 24/7.

The were on time and very efficient and courteous. Tech # 936 was very helpful in telling how to keep drains in good shape. This was the best plumber in Minneapolis.
