After several queries to the office if they had sent this to the two insurances we had, no straight answer was given. I had to call both insurances to try to understand the final billing status. During this time (and with ongoing conversations taking place with the OM and staff), they made a decision to place in collection and charge an additional 30% placement fee that was not authorized, warned about or agreed upon. Poor business practice. I've tried to resolve, but they stand firm on the placement fee. Will not pay it.

I don't understand the comments below me about The Dr. lacking anything. He is top a top notch Dr. I was born w/out enamel on my teeth so I have been around. He is an amazing DR. with a great personality and a great staff. If you see anyone you see him. As for the prices everyone knows how much your procedure is going to cost before it happens. To get the work done then post a neg review just speaks low class. The prices are comparable to any facility. You wanna pay close to nothing go over to North Minneapolis and get some work done. This guy is the best and will be the #1 go to guy to get the highest professional treatment and consultation. Nick Cammarata

My daughter received excellent care and was very well prepped for the experience. The staff was very friendly. We also really appreciated the fact that Dr. Rajimi personally telephoned us at home later that same day of the surgery to follow up and find out how she was doing!

The Staff more the makes up for the personality that Dr. Rahimi lacked.

I am a general dentist located in Maple Grove,Mn.About 15 years ago i needed some jaw surgery so as a dentist i researched out who the best oral surgeon is in the twin cities.Dr.Rahimis name kept coming up.He did my jaw surgery and things worked out perfectly for me.I have been referring my patients to him for oral surgery for years and i find him to be an excellent surgeon.I do not believe these reviews.Please call me if you are the person who had problems with him. .I also want to know who wrote the heading-he is not a periodontist!! The grammar is bad as well in that description of his office.It seems like who ever wrote it did not write english very well.I question the accuracy and validity of this web site.By the way they also have me listed here but they have a phone # that i have not had for 5 years!

I agree with the above review. Only in my case I ended up permanently disabled from Dr. Rahimi. Instead of referring me to someone who knew how to treat a diagnoses he knew practically NOTHING about, he instead forged ahead with two surgeries, that by the way, I learn later weren't even necessary. Had I not stopped him when I did he would have completed yet another unnecessary surgery. In the end, I had to find someone else to do what he should have been capable of doing in the first place. Dr. Rahimi is impatient, always in a hurry and treats the patient as if he would rather be anyplace else other than where he is. CONSUMER BEWARE!!!

No follow up. I'm still in pain 1 month after the surgery and they will do nothing about it. Once the surgery is done they have no interest in helping you recover and don't care how you feel. Poor communication and incomplete written post surgery instructions.

The whole staff at Dr. Rahimis office was so helpful in making sure my 10 year old was in good hands and making her at ease with her surgery. The girls at the front desk made us feel welcome the moment we walked in the door, Dr. Rahimi was so patient and considerate about her anxieties in our consult and in the surgery room , his assistants were so kind,thorough and relaxed, it made us relaxed. Even though it was a simple, fast surgery it made me feel we were among professionals who really cared and went the extra mile! Thanks to all and we will be back to see you!
