Don't use this place. Once they have your money they don't know you. Per the owner once we leave the job we don.t come back we are done . If you have a problem it's your problem not theirs

Bob Lucas did a great job on our massive lawn sodding it and the landscaping was just as he helped us in-vision it. Great job and a great price. Well done.

Don't bother! Had ordered firewood from Lucas some years back, got a little pricey and looked elsewhere. Got stuck a few yrs ago and called them....it was filthy! Had to bang each piece of wood on the ground just to get the mud off before bringing it in the house. Decided to try 1 more time this season, for several reasons beyond our control, and hoped that perhaps because we were ordering a little earlier in the season that we'd get "lucky" and get a decent load...NOT! Rotted, fugus, moldy... Never again! And we too have had terrible service in yrs past at their big beautiful outfit on Ford Rd. Apparently they've forgotten just how they got there. You'd be far better off going elsewhere! If I could, they'd have a negative star rating...

Worst service ever. Lucas Jr. and all of his staff embody the belief that they are always right and feel no need to provide any customer service. We had multiple experiences here, first when we came to ask about pricing and delivery information for purchasing trees (to which we waited over 45 minutes for any service), second when we tried to buy over $3,000 worth of trees and they rushed us out because they were closing and clearly didn't care about business.



And lastly when they yelled at us and Lucas Jr. (the owner) literally told me "you are the rudest, nastiest, meanest and most vicious people" over the phone when I tried to resolve a return issue after a long fight in the store and they refused to refund us for undelivered trees that we no longer wanted after such poor treatment.



I would definitely stay away from these people. They provide such rude and demeaning treatment that it's clear they don't value their customers, and post fake yelp reviews of themselves from employees and family to combat the real bad reviews of them.
