Absolutely horrendous customer service.Poor follow-up.I had a employee(I think she was a nurse}call me and left a message with her name and extension number.I made several attempts to call her back,left messages with co-workers and on her answering machine and she never called me back!

Terrible service. Practically begging for my cpap supplies. I see they haven't changed since the previous two poor reviews. I dumped them and asked my doctor to send my prescription to another supplier. Hopefully I will get the supplies on time.

No follow up on CPAP orders. They don't take the patient needs seriously. Another company bilking the taxpayers while rendering a dangerous lack of service. They should be put out of business.

Terrible service. I had a 30 day prescription they let expire. Awful experience. Use at your own risk! O stars.

Highly recommended. I just left their office looking for a local supplier of CPAP supplies. I received immediate attention. My medical information is being forwarded to their office and I will have my supplies filled regularly as needed. I have gone to other suppliers without the same courteous and prompt service. The service and committment I received from Lincare today is a 5 star rating.
