Provided by YP.comIt's been over a year and our euro shower is beautiful and without water marks. Also the guest bedroom window, horribly foggy, was replaced and is a major improvement as it is the weather side of the house.

Provided by YP.comHave used Lairds for more than 30 years for everything from auto glass, bathroom mirrors, euro shower doors and many other needs. The product was excellent and follow-up was first class. While others may have opinions that vary from mine, I'm pretty certain that none of them have more than three decades of experience working with Lairds Glass. Will call them again without hesitation.

Provided by YP.comThis place is horrible.
I have a station wagon that with a stationary (vista) sunroof in addition to the sliding sunroof; so essentially the entire roof of my car is glass. The stationary roof is shattered and needs to be replaced; my insurance company sent me to a sunroof shop that needed to sub-contract Laird to actually do the repair. I was told by the sunroof shop that Laird couldn’t estimate the labor until they saw the damage. I planned to take my car in; but then it started raining and thundering and Laird is over 30 minutes away from my home and there is a whole in my roof that could fall in on the way there or back home. Did I mention it is raining?
I called Laird to ask if there was an alternate way that they could assess the damage and estimate the labor cost; a picture perhaps. I was told by Shelly that the sunroof company spoke with the owner twice and there was no way they could estimate labor cost without seeing the car. I explained that I live 30 minutes away and that it’s raining. Her response was: “You can come tomorrow; but make sure you call first to make sure John is here.”
REALLY?
BTW… they have a mobile repair service that wasn’t mentioned but is clearly listed on their website.
Who won’t see a dime of my insurance money is Laird.
As they obviously DON’T need it!
I went to Laird's last work to have a windshield installed. The counter staff was polite and helpful. After getting my car back, I drove about two miles and had to turn around because my rear view mirror was replaced with one that was much darker (polarized) and I couldn't see out of it well. The service technician responded to me by asking me if I was calling him a lair when I said the mirror was not mine. This was even after I told him that mine had the foil peeling away from the glass. I had my grandchildren with me at the time and the guy's rising anger really scared them. I am also stuck with a mirror I can't see out of. I do not recommend going to this company. The technician needs a lesson in customer service. He was at least as old as I am too. He should have known better.., A local favorite, or highly recommended because

Hilliards and Henderson are both better and comparably priced. The technician needs a lesson in customer service. He was at least as old as I am too.
