This shop is recommended on my insurance provider, and I found them to be professional and friendly. Not only were the repairs done in a timely manner, they kept me updated on the progress, and the car was like new again. They were happy to help with a ride to the rental car agency and went over the repairs done with me. I highly recommend Ideal Auto Body, not only for repairs, but regular maintenance too.

so far ... very POOR customer service. i was told to bring my car on a certain date for repairs. no one bothered to call and tell me the parts weren't in. luckily i called. i was given another date to bring my car in for repairs. again, no one bothered to call and tell me the parts weren't in. again, luckily i called. this happened THREE times. i am still 'waitiing' for them to have all the parts in. while i understand that parts issues may be beyond their immediate control, i find the lack of communication disturbing and hope its not an indication of what is yet to come.
